Out standing service. I've been going there for years. Their estimates for the cost of work are always in the ball park. Recently they replace the air conditioning condenser in less time and at a lower cost than the estimate owing to less labor cost. That is what I've come to expect from their service department.
I was amazed that they even offered to sell a Jeep Gladiator Mojave. The price was up there; but so was all the features that this Mojave offered. They even serviced the Jeep after I had the bed covered and running boards installed. Amazing.

Work is done on time & correctly. Good communication is the key for the working relationship.
Gene did a fine job but the truck takes 2 additional quarts which I pointed out but did not receive. This truck has a Banks oversized oil pan installed by Westside. I also did not get the cabin air filter back-which I asked for.

It is always clean and offers at work station, tv., and local newspapers. I bought my 2020 Equinox from West Side Garage and have been very pleased with their communication, depth of knowledge, and affordability! Every employee in the sales and service is friendly. It has a small town appeal and a hidden gem in Berlin, WI.

Hands down the best experience as 6 months prior at a different dealership and up until this purchase it’s been nothing but a headache. All the staff I have met, I’ve been very polite and professional. It’s obvious that Jeff enjoys his position, and has good knowledge of my vehicle. Westside also has a very good extended warranty program. I had bought my vehicle in Kenosha prior to moving to Neshkoro. My extended warranty from Kenosha cost me almost double what Westside offers. Also there’s goes to 100,000 miles base 72,000 miles. I got from Kenosha.

The last few times I went there one of the mechanics breaks something on my truck. Example. Plastic oil filter. Most recently was told my Plastic oil drain plug was broke. Didn't find out until hours after my vehicle was out of the shop.
