Was told I needed new tires at my oil change. The service manager told me of an upcoming sale and I agreed to purchase 4 new tires. Was glad that the manager alerted me to the sale.

The person that I talked to said he was new, told me he would call me on Monday to find out what happened to my lug nut wrench. Never got a call all week and that's just this service. I have a lot of other prior problems with service there.

Very unhappy was lied to about the price will find new place to take my car
Arrived to find out my appointment was canceled. They tried saying I canceled then it was a tech issue as I made the appointment via website. I was squeezed in due to it being only an oil change. While waiting I saw I had a voicemail from them stating they were overbooked. So they basically canceled my appointment without ever hearing from me. I took vacation time to get to this appointment just imagine if I hadn't been squeezed in. Right now I couldn't recommend them. I gave 2 stars because they somehow manage to still squeeze me in

This was my first experience with West Side. He acted like I wronged him some how, wasn't interested in making an appointment, finally did the work and took twice as long and only did half of what I had asked to be done.
My wife brought my car I wasn't there. It was a first oil change on a new vehicle all seems fine ride a bit loud for my liking and a smidge rough but no one said anything about either

We asked for an estimate on repairs to our vehicle and never got a response back. This was after we had to constantly hound Bob for answers on what was going on and why things weren't being done and this was also the third time that I told him I wanted an estimate done. I would not recommend going here to anyone

Out standing service. I've been going there for years. Their estimates for the cost of work are always in the ball park. Recently they replace the air conditioning condenser in less time and at a lower cost than the estimate owing to less labor cost. That is what I've come to expect from their service department.
I was amazed that they even offered to sell a Jeep Gladiator Mojave. The price was up there; but so was all the features that this Mojave offered. They even serviced the Jeep after I had the bed covered and running boards installed. Amazing.
